Classic Steak with garlic (Steak, Egg and Chips)



    1. Heat oil in a cast-iron pan until very hot. Add steak and grill 4 – 5 minutes per side for medium-done. (Alternatively grill over hot coals) Add seasoning.
    2. Transfer the ribeye steaks to the zip lock bag with the jalapeño buttermilk and turn to coat. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to marinate, the longer the better.
