A chilly start to the morning on day three of the nine-day, off-road bicycle race, but well worth it to see the decisive feature of the day, Mount Paul. The trek today was 122 km and although there are six days still to go in the race, it seems the names to remember are Nico Bell, Gawie Combrinck, Amy McDougall and Arno du Toit.
