Value Added Products
Beef Mince
Three grades of mince are available:
1. 10% Fat Lean Beef Mince
2. 20% Fat Beef Mince
3. 30% Fat Budget Mince

Meat Balls
Fixed weight mechanically produced I.Q.F. Meat Balls.

Meat Loaf
A mixture of lean mince, beef seasoning, onion and binder. Supplied frozen in a conveniently sized load tin.

Beef Cubes
Mechanically cubed beef, produced to required specifications.

Beef Tail
Complete tails cut into segments by knife through the joints. Large and small segments packed in a tray.

Beef Liver
After the removal of all fat, glands and external blood vessels, the liver is de-membraned and sliced ± 10mm thick, using a Rotary Slicer.

Tripe
Whole piece of clean Tripe with all fat removed.

Espetada
Choice cuts of rump or knuckle, cut into ± 2,5cm cubes, coated with selected spiecs and speared on a dowel rod.
Beef Kebabs
Choice lean beef cut into ± 2cm cubes, placed on wooden skewers and marinaded to taste.
Beef Heart
Beef Hearts trimmed of all vessels, blood clots and heavy fat pockets. Either sliced ± 15mm thick or cubed ± 15mm.

Fresh Pets Mince
Whole Lung Sets, Lobes, Trachea and Larynx. Minced twice through a 13mm plate.
