Ground beef extended with onion, spices and binders to give a savoury meaty / fresh onion flavour with minimal shrinkage.
Boneless Beef Rib
A mixture of coarse and finely ground beef, formed to resembled a rack of ribs (fat content of 15%). The result has a natural beef flavour and "eat". Portion weight 100g. Packed in 3kg cartons.
