Adjoining the abattoir is our meat processing plant, capable of producing 22 tons of meat products per shift. There we manufacture and pack a range of value added products including marinated, pickled, par-cooked products and hamburger patties.
These products are sold nationally to the food services market in a variety of pack sizes and to the retail market, under their own house brands or under the Karan Beef brand.
